York Eggleston,
IV, CEO, President and Founder
York is President
and founder of Crave Technologies, Inc., York is a new media veteran
who sits on the board of several new media and Internet technology companies,
and is regarded as a rising technology visionary. He has developed or
co-developed several media and technology businesses over the last ten
years including Diva Enterprises, Zenspace, Inc. and Quality of Life
Networks, Inc. Prior to founding Crave, York worked for an international
consulting firm (Booz-Allen Hamilton), an investment bank (Saloman Brothers),
and served as the Senior Investment Officer of a Maryland-based venture
firm. York has an undergraduate degree from Harvard College and a graduate
degree with distinction from the Harvard Business School.
Tony Hollinger,
Co-Founder, COO/CFO
Tony has significant experience leading operational teams and designing
new business infrastructure. He served meritoriously as a Marine Corps
Officer, which included 8 months in a combat environment and later management
roles in large research and development projects. Tony was also part
of a Walt Disney Company development team that worked on two multi-hundred
million dollar theme park & resort projects. He then went on to join
the Comcast Corporation’s Digital Cable rollout team, and was involved
in early planning for potential offerings of Internet access via TV,
integrated cable modem and cable video business operations, video-on-demand
and e-commerce services. He also received the Navy Commendation medal
for his outstanding leadership in the combat environment of Operation
Desert Storm. Tony has an undergraduate degree from the U.S. Naval Academy
and graduate degrees from Harvard Business School and the University
of Denver.
Sheena Wright,
General Counsel and VP Business Development
Sheena is the General Counsel and VP of Business Development for Crave
Technologies, Inc. Sheena brings substantial legal experience to Crave
particularly in the areas of negotiation, structuring and executing
private equity transactions and complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures
and public securities transactions. Prior to joining Crave, Sheena was
a Corporate Associate at Reboul, MacMurray, Hewitt, Maynard & Kristol
and an Associate with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen and Katz. Sheena was awarded
an A.B. degree from Columbia College and received her J.D. degree, with
distinction, from Columbia University School of Law.
Shonnell Gibson,
Creative Director and Visual Author
Shonnell brings a fine arts background and strong capabilities in functional
design to Crave Technologies. Her ability to translate complex design
concepts into simple, aesthetically and functionally sound pages is
without peer in the industry. Shonnell holds a BA in Fine Art from the
University of Virginia, and an MA in Digital Art from the Maryland Institute,
College of Art.

Cash, Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard
Business School, specializing in the role of information systems technology
in large corporations where the function and technology are of strategic
importance to the firm.
Jeff Einstein,
former President, Quality of Life Networks, Inc. (QLN) Mr. Einstein
is a new media pioneer with more than 14 years of new media and interactive
advertising experience.
Dr. Josh Lerner,
Associate Professor at the Harvard Business School with a joint appointment
in the Finance and Entrepreneurial Management areas.
Dr. Susan Fournier,
Assistant Professor of Marketing at Harvard Business School, specializing
in brand relationship marketing issues.
